What browser does it work in?
Any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Just open the HTML file and it runs. No installation needed.
Where is my data stored?
Everything stays in your browser's local storage — on your device, never on our servers. We recommend using the built-in export feature to keep regular backups.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Your license allows activation on up to 2 devices. You can export your data from one device and import it on another to keep things in sync.

License Agreement & Disclaimer

Neon Yellow Sign · Margins · Version 1.0 · Effective March 2026

1. License Grant

Neon Yellow Sign grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Margins on up to two (2) devices for your own internal business purposes. This license is tied to a single license key issued upon purchase.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software or your license key to any third party; (b) sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices within the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software remains the exclusive property of Neon Yellow Sign at all times. This agreement grants you a license to use the Software, not ownership of it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Financial Disclaimer

Margins is a business planning and modeling tool. It does not constitute financial, accounting, legal, or professional advice of any kind.

All calculations, projections, margin figures, capacity estimates, and revenue forecasts are based solely on data entered by the user and are intended for internal planning purposes only. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information generated by this Software.

5. Data & Privacy

Margins stores all data locally in your browser. No business data, employee information, or financial figures are transmitted to or stored by Neon Yellow Sign. License key validation is processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal or business data.

6. No Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Neon Yellow Sign does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce accurate results in all circumstances. Your use of the Software is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Yellow Sign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software license.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Software from functioning, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

9. Termination

Neon Yellow Sign may terminate your license immediately if you breach any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
